By downloading or using Avatune ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
Avatune is an AI-powered avatar generator for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 13 years of age or older to use this App.
2. Account
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Generated Content
You retain ownership of avatars you generate using the App. You grant us a limited license to store and serve those images to you through the App.
You may not use the App to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or abusive
- Sexually explicit
- Infringing on the rights of others
- Designed to deceive or impersonate real individuals
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Avatune offers an optional Pro subscription (¥500/month) that provides additional generation capacity. Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Availability
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI generation depends on third-party services and may occasionally be unavailable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avatune is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
